English Version: This charging pile is compatible with mainstream charging protocols such as GB/T (Chinese standard) and IEC/CCS (European standard), supporting the vast majority of new energy vehicle models on the market, including pure electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles. It is compatible with major brands such as Tesla, BYD, NIO, XPeng, Li Auto, Volkswagen, BMW, Audi, etc. For a complete list of compatible models, please contact customer service.

English Version: It is recommended to install separate wiring for the charging pile with an independent air switch/leakage protector to avoid sharing the circuit with other high-power appliances and ensure electrical safety. The specific wiring specifications depend on the charger power (e.g., 7kW/11kW/22kW) and installation distance, and will be confirmed on-site by a professional electrician.
 
English Version: Yes, it is supported. Through the supporting mobile APP, you can remotely start/stop charging, schedule charging, view charging progress, check power statistics, receive fault alerts, and more. Some models also support control via mini-program or direct Bluetooth connection.
